Membership Hold Policy

CFC members may place their membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year. Holds must be minimum 14 days in duration, maximum 60 days, and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your membership will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of the hold, the hold will release and payments will resume. Advance notice of at least 48 hours from hold start date is required. This form submission will serve as your 48 hour notice
