Hi, friend! A membership freeze is a great way to put things on hold at the gym without having to cancel. If you have something coming up that will keep you out of the gym for a while, this is the best option!
To set up a membership freeze/hold, simply fill out the following form.
Both your billing and your gym access will be suspended for the duration of the freeze. Likewise, both will automatically resume once the freeze period has ended.
Membership freezes must be at least 2 weeks and at most 2 months in duration. For freezes longer than 2 months, please contact us directly via text or email.
PLEASE NOTE: Membership freeze requests must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the start of your requested freeze, to give us time for processing and confirmation.
