IMPORTANT: All membership changes will occur on your next billing date, unless otherwise specified. If this form is completed within 3 business days of your next billing date, we cannot guarantee it will be processed in time, and it may be bumped to the following renewal period.

All of the following options will help you maintain your membership with CFC in some way and keep you moving towards living a stronger, healthier life:

  • Need to take a break? We offer the option to freeze your monthly or prepaid membership so you’re able to jump back in when you’re ready.

  • Not sure if you’re able to come as often as you’d like? We have plenty of membership options to choose from and can easily downgrade your monthly membership to a lower tier with fewer monthly classes to ensure you’re getting the most out of your membership.

  • Need more flexibility? We also have class packages that don’t require a monthly renewal and offer flexible usage of those classes at your own pace.

Membership Cancellation Policy

All monthly CFC memberships require 30 days notice to cancel. This form submission will serve as your 30 day cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30 days of submitting this notice, the payment will process as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your paid renewal period. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will be forfeited, and returning members will be subject to current rates.
